First-generation synthetic hexapeptide GHRP that binds to ghrelin receptors (GHSR) to stimulate pituitary GH release. Produces significant GH pulses but with pronounced ghrelin-like effects including dramatic appetite stimulation. Also elevates cortisol and prolactin more than newer GHRPs.

Why is GHRP-6 hunger so intense?
GHRP-6 has the strongest ghrelin-mimetic activity of all GHRPs. The hunger can be overwhelming - plan to eat a meal within 30 minutes of injection or it becomes uncomfortable.
GHRP-6 vs GHRP-2 - which is better?
GHRP-2 is generally preferred now - similar GH release with less extreme hunger. Use GHRP-6 only if you specifically want the appetite boost or struggle to eat enough.
Can GHRP-6 help me gain weight?
